Rental and payment terms

These terms apply from 10 October 2026. This is the information a consumer must receive before a distance contract is concluded (Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 on distance contracts). Once a booking is confirmed, these terms and the rental agreement form our agreement. The Latvian version is legally binding.

1. Service provider

The service is provided by SIA MELCROS, reg. No. 40203724334, VAT No. LV40203724334, registered address: Hipokrāta iela 39-14, Rīga, LV-1079. Bank: AS Citadele banka, SWIFT code PARXLV22.

2. The service

We rent out a PlayStation 5 games console together with a PlayStation VR2 virtual reality headset, controllers, charging stations and the games listed in the catalogue on this site. The equipment is for private use. In Riga, delivery, connection, a walkthrough and pick-up are free.

To use the equipment you need a TV or monitor with an HDMI port and a power socket. For VR games, a clear area of about 2 × 2 m is best.

3. Prices

PlanDurationPrice
Standard6 hours50 €
Proper party12 hours70 €
Enthusiast24 hours85 €
Gaming marathon48 hours105 €
The price includes the PS5 console, PS VR2 headset, two controllers and every game in the catalogue, plus delivery, setup and pick-up in Riga. PS Plus for online games is an optional extra: if you tick it when booking, 5 euros is added to the price.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The rental period runs from when the equipment is handed over to the agreed pick-up time. If the equipment is not returned on time, the late fee set in the rental agreement applies.

4. Concluding the agreement

  • The booking form on the site is a request, not a contract. Once you send it, we will confirm by email that we have received it.
  • We check that the chosen time is free and confirm or decline the booking. We let you know by email.
  • Before the equipment is handed over, both parties sign the rental agreement with a secure electronic signature or in person. The agreement is concluded once both parties have signed it.
  • When we hand over the equipment, we ask to see an ID document to check that the details match the agreement.

A sample rental agreement is available at the bottom of the page.

5. Payment

You choose the payment method in your booking request.

  • Cash. You pay the rental fee and the security deposit to the courier when you receive the equipment. We return the deposit as soon as we pick the equipment up.
  • Bank transfer. Once your booking is confirmed, we email you the bank details. Transfer the rental fee before the rental starts. The security deposit is paid when you receive the equipment.
  • Online banking. Payments are processed by Klix by Citadele (AS Citadele banka). Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to pay the rental fee in your online bank (Citadele, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Revolut and others). The security deposit is paid when you receive the equipment. We never see or store your online banking login details.

Companies receive a VAT invoice payable by bank transfer. Please arrange this by writing to info@zuvubi.lv.

6. Delivery and pickup

We deliver and collect the equipment ourselves. In Riga, delivery, setup, instruction and pickup are free. Delivery outside Riga and its price can be agreed before the booking is confirmed by writing to info@zuvubi.lv.

We deliver the equipment to the given address on the date and at the time stated in the booking. If we are delayed for any reason, we let you know by phone.

7. Security deposit

The security deposit is 150 euros. If the equipment is returned on time, complete and undamaged, we return the deposit as soon as we collect it. If the equipment is damaged, parts are missing or the return is late, we withhold part or all of the deposit as set out in the rental agreement and explain what the amount was withheld for.

8. Returning the equipment

The equipment is rented, not sold, so it must be returned to us at the end of the rental. You do not need to take it anywhere: at the agreed time we collect it from the same address where we delivered it. We cover the pickup costs.

The equipment must be complete: console, VR headset, controllers, charging stations and cables. If you want to end the rental early, call or write to us and we will agree on an earlier pickup time.

9. Cancelling a booking

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge. Please let us know as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before the rental starts, by phone, WhatsApp or email. If the rental fee has already been paid, we refund it in full to the account it was paid from.

If we cannot provide the service for reasons on our side, we let you know immediately and refund the full amount paid.

10. Refunds

We issue a refund if a booking is cancelled, if we could not provide the service, if the equipment did not work through our fault, and we return the security deposit after collecting the equipment.

Refunds are made within 14 days at the latest, usually on the same day, using the same payment method that was used to pay:

  • online banking payments and bank transfers are refunded to the same bank account;
  • cash is returned in cash.

11. Right of withdrawal

Renting equipment for leisure on a specific date or period is a service to which, under subparagraph 22.12 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. You can still cancel a booking free of charge as set out in section 9.

12. Liability

The renter's obligations, liability for the equipment and late fees are set out in the rental agreement. If the equipment does not work through our fault and we cannot fix the problem, we refund the rental fee for the time it could not be used.

Games carry PEGI age ratings. The manufacturer does not recommend PlayStation VR2 for children under 12.

13. Complaints and disputes

Please send complaints to info@zuvubi.lv and we will reply within 15 working days. If a dispute cannot be settled by negotiation, you can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (Brīvības iela 55, Rīga, LV-1010, www.ptac.gov.lv). Unresolved disputes are heard by the courts of the Republic of Latvia under Latvian law.

14. Personal data

How we process personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
